Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Lethbridgesupplementsandvitamins.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Same day delivery is available for Lethbridge, Alberta residents only. Orders must be placed prior to 1pm to receive same day delivery. Same day deliveries will be made between 5pm and 7pm unless arranged otherwise. Same day deliveries must be accepted and signed for by the customer unless other arrangements have been made with Lethbridge Supplements and Vitamins.
Lethbridge Supplements and Vitamins is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if customer chooses not to provide a signature for the package at time of delivery.
Same day delivery orders equaling or over $50.00 prior to tax will be delivered for zero charge. A $10.00 flat rate will be charged for orders under $50.00 prior to tax for delivery within Lethbridge, Alberta.

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed the same day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All orders will be shipped via Canada Post.
Orders equalling or over $100.00 prior to tax will be shipped at zero charge.
Orders under $100 will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Lethbridge Supplements and Vitamins does not ship to addresses within the U.S. or U.S. Territories.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Damages

Lethbridge Supplements and Vitamins is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. International Shipping Policy
